Rest assured, your satisfaction is our first priority. In fact, we treat your laundry as if it were our own, however we still need to agree to some rules. This website is operated by Digital Dhobi Inc.. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Digital Dhobi Inc.. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions.

Suitabilty for Laundering

By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

Damaged Laundry

Missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery of your laundry bag. Failure to report the missing or damaged item within 24 hours shall remove any liability of Digital Dhobi Inc. for the missing or damaged item.

Digital Dhobi Inc. and its subcontractors are not liable for any pre existing damage to garments or other items and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it if any pre existing damage is found. All laundering processes, regardless of how gentle, cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline cleaning any particular piece of laundry if we think it will lead to trouble(if we have a concern about the colour-fastness or the age or weakness of the fabric).

Cleaning and drying laundry also creates other risks. If something is "dry-clean only," or otherwise unsuitable for common washing and drying techniques, please do not include it in the laundry you give to us.

Company is not responsible for garments labelled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking for these labels in Customer's garments. Please check garments before delivering them to Digital Dhobi Inc.. Therefore, if something is "dry-clean only," or otherwise unsuitable for common washing and drying techniques, please do not include it in the laundry you give to us. 

 In dry cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Responsibility is also disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins. The liability regarding any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

Household Items and Leather/Suede Policy

All household items, leather and suede garments are cleaned 100% at customer’s own risk, and Digital Dhobi Inc. does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or fading as a result of the dry cleaning process.

Re-Cleaning Policy

Within 24hrs after delivery, you may return any dry cleaned or laundered items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge. Any items that are indicated to be re-cleaned but sent back after 24hrs will not be honoured and you will be charged for the original cost of cleaning. We examine our records and match the re-cleaning item in question with the attached tag to see that the piece in question matches ones that we had previously cleaned. You will be charged for any items sent along with the re-clean garment. Please note it is not always possible to remove stains. If we cannot remove a stain customers will be informed according to the ticket which is attached to their items. In this instance, we are not able to offer a complimentary re-clean.

Lost and Unclaimed Laundry

We exercise utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. We carefully track your clothes. For instance, we tag all our bundles with your name, and your clothes are never loose in our facility unless they’re inside a machine, on the folding table, or in their own laundry cart waiting to be folded.

Company is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that Company was responsible for the loss.

However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. Unless a list accompanies the bundle, our count must be accepted. If you do believe you are missing something from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothes — we are much more likely to find misplaced laundry if it is reported early. Digital Dhobi's liability regarding any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.

We will attempt to contact customers every 21 days regarding unclaimed items. In accordance with state law, items unclaimed after 180 days will be posted and then disposed of 30 days later. We generally rewash what we deem is in good and usable condition and then donate it to a local organization.

Pick-up and Delivery

Our Rider will be at your doorstep at the mentioned time slot. However, we do not guarantee it. We will do our best to pick-up your laundry at the agreed upon time. If you do miss a pick-up or delivery, we will try to coordinate an alternate time as soon as possible. Delays do not however give any right to compensation.

All clothes will be checked and counted before pick-up , therefore, we are not liable for any articles such as pendrive, keys, wallets, or other such items forgot in the clothes given. We will try our best to return them, however we do not guarantee them. Delivery of all clothes against bill only.

Loyoalty Points

Our points programme has been designed to give our customers something back. It's our way of saying thank you.

Every customer is automatically registered into Digital Dhobi's Loyalty Points programme upon completing the online registration process. There are no limits to the amount of Points that you can earn, however there is a no redemption limit per order. The Loyalty Points generated  is 5% of the order price. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this programme without prior notice.


The value stored on your Wallet shall NOT be refunded under ANY circumstances and may only be utilized to make payments for bonafide transactions at merchant establishments (and Person-to-bank transfer). No interest will be payable by Digital Dhobi Inc. on the available balance reflected on the Digital Dhobi Wallet. We reserve the right to set off any balance in your Wallet in order to recover funds for transactions processed as per your request.

At present, Digital Dhobi Inc. does not expire the wallet or forfeits the balance amount in the Wallet. The Wallet are not transferable.


We accept payment in Cash upon Delivery of garments back to the Customer. The rates are subject to change without prior notice . You can estimate the bill amount at the time of Scheduling your wash, through our website. The exact bill amount will be informed to the customer via SMS after garments are booked at Processing Centre. You can check your invoice for all your orders in our website. All accessorised which can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately. Products such as Curtains, Carpet, Soft Toys and other household items will be charged on its size. The minimum price for such items is mentioned in the price list but me incur additional charges depending on their size.


Digital Dhobi Inc. does not guarantee removal of all stains.

As our business changes, we may want to modify some of terms in this agreement. Therefore, we encourage you to check back frequently to familiarize yourself with any changes.
